BIOGRAPHY
Steph has spent the past decade studying and practicing the Vedic wisdom tradition – a 5,000+ year-old of body of knowledge – in Australia and India. After experiencing the profound benefits of Vedic Meditation in her own life, Steph was inspired to share this simple, effortless and transformative mental technique with others.
For Steph, Vedic Meditation is all about becoming more grounded, healthier and happier. She supports her students to rest the mind and body deeply, to rediscover one’s natural state, where your true capabilities lie.
With a long held passion for health and wellbeing Steph also holds a postgraduate degree in psychology from the University of NSW Sydney, and is a certified Health Coach and Yoga Teacher.
After relocating from Sydney, Steph now lives in the Noosa Hinterland on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast where she runs regular meditation courses, workshops and retreats.
